I had so much fun putting this look together! Enjoy!
This is so far my favorite outfit post and I owe this ballerina inspired look to my bestie Nadia Signore! She regularly features great ideas and tips for ‘work attire’ on her fb wall and this was one of her posts that just inspired me to run out and find a tulle skirt! That was not an easy task! Of course one of my first stops was a dance/ballerina store but theirs was the real thing…not appropriate for wearing outside a dance studio so I did the next best thing….the web!
It was harder than I thought to find something suitable but I did stumble on Sammydress.com. Found this skirt for $9.62. Yup that’s it. Click here to view the skirt on their site.
Can you wear this for work? I did! I paired this with a plain black top and cute gold flats. As you can see you can also dress it down with a jean jacket which I thought was fun 😀 A classic pony tail and my home-made red lipstick made with Crayola (to see how to make your own lipstick click here) and the look was complete!
You can get plenty of ideas on the net on how to pull off this look. You can really have lots of fun trying different looks that include a tulle skirt. I really enjoyed this one and it did get lots of compliments 🙂
Let me know what you think! Would you try it? Have you? If so share your photos with me!
Hope you like this!
